OUR HISTORY
A Little Background
I started making bread with my dad when I was 9 years old and it did not go so well. There was a LOT of trial and error...and more error. Then, bit by bit, we started to learn what we were doing and with the guidance of a few experts, by the time I was 13, I could turn out artisan loaves on my own.
Together, he and I discovered that our bread was capable of more then just filling the stomach; it satisfied the soul as well. Before sourdough, we struggled to eat bread. It left us feeling sick and unhappy. Now we consider it a staple and hope that you will find as much pleasure and renewed love of bread that we have.
